Customer Care- Responsibilities include working with current clients to solve problems, answer questions, help with claims, take payments, follow up to make sure customers were taken care of, administrative duties, answer phones, and ensure customers have an excellent experience with our agency.
Property and Casualty license preferred, but not necessary. Must be able to obtain the license.
Full time, with benefits, PTO, bonuses and other perks. Mon-Fri 8:30-5.
