Effective June 1, 2026, all providers with an active WPS SNAP account who submit their appeal requests through the portal, will no longer receive decision letters through the U.S. Mail. All appeal letters, (unfavorable, partially favorable, dismissals and reopening corrections) will be able to review and download directly from the portal. On this date, providers will also start receiving email notifications regarding a decision on their appeal and they will be given immediate access to their appeal correspondence.
