As Tropical Storm Elsa nears hurricane strength, several Capital City Bank offices in the path of the storm will be closed tomorrow. Virtual Tellers in the drive-ins at many of our offices will be available to provide clients uninterrupted access to our bankers and banking services as they make preparations for the storm.
