One week until Capitol Bank’s new digital banking experience goes live!
Take a few minutes before Tuesday, October 20 to get ready:
✔️ Confirm your phone number and email address are current in Online Banking
✔️ Make sure you know your username and password (you’ll need both for your first login, even if you use biometrics today)
✔️ Review your Bill Pay payee addresses so they transfer correctly
✔️ Note any Card Manager settings or push alerts, since these will need to be set up again
Online and Mobile Banking will be limited starting October 20th. The new online system and mobile app will launch on Thursday, October 22nd at 9:00am

Mark your calendar: Capitol Bank's new digital banking experience arrives Thursday, October 22!

Here's what to expect:
Tuesday, October 20 at 7:00 am: Bill Pay, Zelle, External Transfers, and Business Bill Pay will be paused. Scheduled payments will still process.

Tuesday, October 20 at 6:00 pm: Business Online and Mobile Banking will be unavailable, and Personal Online and Mobile Banking will switch to view-only.

Thursday, October 22 at 9:00 am: The new system and our new mobile app go live!

Before October 20, please confirm your phone number and email address are up to date, and make sure you know your username and password. You'll need both for your first login.
