"5 years ago, I moved back to Madison, a Dad raising 2 daughters on my own. We'd lost a large majority of our home decor, yet I wanted nothing more than to have not just a house, but a home for my family. I was introduced to Nancy. She heard my story and hopes, met my girls ,and understood their likes and needs.

As recently as last night, someone walked into my 3 bedroom, 1900sq foot cape and said, "It's amazing how comfortable your home is. It's just so....peaceful".

The thoughtful flow of the rooms, with intentional furniture and decor allows for me to host a dinner with around a dozen loved ones most Friday's. It's overwhelming to sit back and see all these people in my quaint home, comfortable, relaxed, happy and enjoying life together.

After multiple projects, including a basement cigar lounge, as well as a nursery, Nancy is like family. My home, our experiences with friends and family, and our time together is so much more rich than I could have asked for and that's in no small part due to what Coastal, Nancy and her team, have done."

This Thanksgiving, I’m doing something I’ve never done—setting the table with my mother’s wedding
china. As a child, I don’t remember it ever being used… maybe it felt too precious. She passed away on
Thanksgiving Day 20 years ago, and for a long time this holiday felt heavy. But this year, it’s different.
Instead of seeing the empty seat, I’m celebrating her life. Instead of preserving her china, I’m bringing it
to the table. I’ll remember those who’ve passed, celebrate hard with those here now, and welcome all
the celebrations still ahead. Because life itself is the “special occasion.”
