Not every dollar is good revenue.

You can have a client who pays you and STILL costs the business too much in time, energy, unnecessary back-and-forth, and disruption.

That doesn't mean you become difficult or stop providing great service.

It means you get clear about expectations, boundaries, processes, and who your business is built to serve.
