After some research, reaching out to a mortgage broker felt like the first real step in making that goal a reality. We initially connected over the phone, where he walked us through all the information he would need from us to get the pre-approval process started. We came into the process of feeling prepared and confident; we had done our research, gathered our paperwork, and discussed budgeting, but nothing could have fully prepared us for how long and complex the process of getting a loan and buying a home would be. From the very beginning, Jose went above and beyond and offered to meet with us in person on a weekend to accommodate our busy schedules.

As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and very little knowledge about the loan process. Jose was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. No matter how many questions we had, he always had thoughtful answers and made sure we felt confident every step of the way.
Throughout the entire process, Jose was consistently communicative and always made himself available whenever we needed him. More importantly, it truly felt like he had our best interests in mind at all times, which made a potentially stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.
