Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner have relisted their seven-bedroom estate for a reduced price of $17.995 million.

Luxury real estate broker and founder of Zipsmart AI, Arvin Haddad, who talks about the property on his YouTube channel, believes the couple overpaid for the property.

“They bought it for $13.5 million and have done some work to it, but even $13.5 million was a high number for that property,” he says. “Kylie tends to overpay for everything she buys, but she didn’t get a good deal on the house.”

They initially listed it at $21.9 million two years ago, then reduced it to $19.9 million a year later before pulling it from the market.

Ariana Grande's $13.7 million home was last on the market for $17.5 million before she snagged it at a 22% discount.

According to The Times, Grande might have secured this deal for the lavish home because it was listed by the Woodbridge Liquidation Trust, tasked with reclaiming assets for victims of Robert H. Shapiro's Ponzi scheme. The property was among 138 linked to Shapiro's collapsed firm, Woodbridge Group. Grande bought the home at a discounted price in 2020 and flipped it for a cool $14 million just a year later.
