One of the most rewarding parts of what I do is helping lead our Aspirant Program, which gives team members who have the goal of owning their own agency the opportunity to learn, develop, and prepare for that next step.

It’s about more than learning the business—it’s about mentorship, leadership development, and creating opportunities for the next generation of agency owners.
