Proof that many times working with the right loan officer can be the reason you get your offer accepted over other stronger offers... I answer every call, text, and email... and proactively reach out to every listing agent on behalf of my buyers to assure them of the quality of my pre-approvals and that of my buyers!!

Not to mention, I keep all Listing agents in the loop every step of the way from initial loan submission to CTC!! The Listing Agent never has to wonder what is going on with this loan, and my buyers agents never have to be responsible to communicate the status of the loan!!

Some kids wanted to be firefighters. Some wanted to be astronauts. Apparently, I was destined to be a Mortgage Broker / Mentor / & Educator!!
I may be a few years older now, but I’d like to think that same 5-year-old enthusiasm is still in there.
I still love helping people, not just helping them get the right mortgage loan, but providing them with an educated informed approach that most rarely experience!!

I’ve had many very challenging loans files with situations that come up that could never have been anticipated.. but as a broker we have ways to work through them and find solutions…. I have a 100% close rate, have never had a single loan fail in underwriting!! And I never intend to!!
