With all of the rain and high winds we've had today the office has been very busy with claims. I wanted to post a couple of claim reporting options for State Farm customers who may need to file over the weekend. If you have the State Farm app, I highly recommend you file using it. It is very user friendly and you receive timely updates on your phone. You can also text the word CLAIM to 62789 to receive a link to file your claim. You may also call your claim in at 1-855-259-8568. However, please be patient as I'm sure the hold times are high at the moment. Many states have been affected by storms and the claim volume is high. You may use any of these options for Home or Auto claims. As always, feel free to contact me on messenger if you have additional questions.

With all of the storm activity moving across WV, I wanted to post some claim reporting information in case any State Farm customers should need to report a claim, especially during after regular business hours.

Reporting a Claim
Customers can report claims on statefarm.com®, by using the State Farm® Mobile app on their own device. Customers may call 800-SF-CLAIM (800-732-5246) to report a loss or text the word “CLAIM” to 62789 to receive a link to file a claim. Policyholders will be contacted in the order of which their claim was received and based on the severity of the loss.
