Attention Renters! PLEASE SHARE!

On average a person who rents gets a home that is 50% smaller and 34% more expensive versus a person that is currently buying a home.

A lot of people unfortunately are left in the dark not realizing that they can actually purchase a home. There are many programs out there that can be applied to a lot of people!

For Example - The government sponsors a loan called the USDA loan in which no Down Payment is needed and there is a benefit when it comes to mortgage insurance that is applied on this loan. What that means is a lower payment to you along with not having to bring in a required down payment for the home.
