Medical Financial Specialists is a busy medical billing company in Lynnwood off 164th AND is currently looking for a full time employee to assist in handling the current growth
We are looking for a fun team member to help us bill and follow up on denied and unpaid claims for multiple different specialty types. Must be comfortable talking to both patients and insurance companies.
We are open Monday thru Friday. No weekend hours and the office is open from 7:30am to 5:30 pm

Minimum one year experience in medical data entry/medical billing.
Be able to sit for long periods
Be able to lift 10 pounds
Error-free data entry skills for CPT, and ICD-10 software.
Working knowledge of modifiers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly when contacting insurance companies or patients.
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines while managing multiple high priorities.
Computer literacy and highly competent in use of personal computers, particularly 10-key, Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong focus on customer service.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills, with attention to details.
Must be able to work on tasks with independently, reliable, and must be a team player
Working Knowledge of any of the following is desired, but not required:

Chiro Touch
Practice Fusion
