Community Credit Union

Community Credit Union Community Credit Union is now a division of Arise Financial! Same people. Same service. Stronger future. We know we live in a world of differences. Why?

But no matter who walks through our doors, we help them celebrate and cultivate their potential. Because at the heart of it, there's a common thread: we're all human and we're all striving for something better. At Community Credit Union, we make our community stronger by giving everyone we serve the products and the confidence to go for it- to achieve their goals and dreams. Community Credit Union

(CCU) was founded in 1955 by a group of visionary leaders who cared about local working people, families and small businesses. Since then, we have been helping our diverse member base meet their financial challenges and opportunities. As a credit union, we're not- for- profit cooperative financial institution. That means we exist for the benefit of the people we serve. You'll notice that we call them "members" instead of customers. That's because they are more than just numbers to us. They're our fellow human beings and co-owners of this credit union. CCU is proud to serve the people of Lynn, Peabody, Somerville and beyond with banking that is Vibrant, personal and Fair. The prerequisite for CCU membership is to live, work or worship in Essex County or in 25 mile radius from Lynn, Massachusetts. To join CCU, an individual or business must maintain a savings account with a $25.00 balance!

*CCU is a strong and safe financial institution. We are a state-chartered credit union that is supervised and examined by the Massachusetts Division of Banks and the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). Deposits are insured by the NCUA and the Massachusetts Credit Union Share Insurance Corporation (MSIC). These organizations help us ensure that your personal information and your assets are secure. If you've ever started a budget and quietly abandoned it two weeks later, you're in very good company.

Here's the thing though. The problem usually isn't you. It's the system you picked. Most budgets fail because they're too complicated, too rigid, or too far from how your real life actually works.
The good news? The simpler your budget, the more likely you are to stick with it. Start with awareness of what's coming in and going out, then pick a system that fits your life, whether that's 50/30/20 or a simple save-first approach.

No spreadsheets required.

Just clarity and a plan that works.
