He provided me a Pre-Approval Letter to make an offer on my Condo. Sean and his Team (Thomas Strong) were always available to answer my questions via text, email or telephone calls. They explained the appraisal and application process. They kept me informed when my application was approval and when they needed to push out the closing by one day. I highly recommend using the Salem Five Mortgage Team.
