I love that my city has a hometown feel where everybody is treated as if they are family. We truly care about customers and strive to be a place where people can come to be informed and treated with respect.

My family has deep roots within the Bay County area. Our hobbies are swimming, fishing and enjoying beach life. These were some of my favorite things to do as a kid and I’m glad to continue doing them as an adult. Andrews State Park to take in the area’s natural beauty and the pristine beaches. My parents and grandparents were born and raised here, and my family has owned and operated many businesses within the community. I’m proud to be part of helping my hometown rebound from the devastating 2018 Hurricane Michael.

Our DeFuniak Springs office had some special visitors! 💙

Our Allstate catastrophe response team stopped by to check on our crew and see if there was anything we needed as they continue helping policyholders recover from the storm.

This visit meant a little more than most.
Lavinsky, one of the team members, spent six months working side by side with us in a tiny office following Hurricane Michael in 2018. We went through some incredibly difficult days together, helping families when they needed it most.

Eight years later, he is still showing up for our community, and the relationships built during those difficult times are just as strong. We're so proud of how far our agency has come, and even more grateful for the people who have been part of that journey.

A big thank-you to Lavinsky and the entire catastrophe response team for the work you're doing for our neighbors. It's a reminder that being in good hands isn't just something we say. It's something we get to see in action. 💙

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and we’re coming together to do more than just raise awareness. We're taking action.

Jessica Lyng Insurance is proud to support Agents for Change: United Against Domestic Violence, benefiting the Panama City Salvation Army and the individuals and families they serve.

We're collecting everyday essentials, personal hygiene products, and nonperishable food items to help those facing difficult circumstances. Whether you donate one item or an entire bag, every contribution makes a difference.

Here's how you can help:
Donations can be dropped off at our Lynn Haven office, 1301 Ohio Avenue, now through October 21.

Messy bun. Three screens. Fourth cup of coffee. Still smiling. 👍 It’s been a long few days, and I wouldn’t want to spend them anywhere else but here, answering your calls and texts.

Most of the questions I’ve gotten since the storm boil down to the same thing: “Who do I even call?”

So my team and I put together a Storm Claims Guide with the claims line and website for 51 carriers in Florida. Home, auto, and flood, plus what to do first before you call.

You don’t have to be insured with us to use it. If you live here, you should have it saved.

We’re open today, Saturday, 10 to 4. Staffing is limited, but we’re answering. Call or text 850-265-6088, or go straight to your carrier’s claims line.
