👉 UnitedHealthcare is leaving almost the whole state, and Blue Cross of Wyoming is rolling out a brand-new Medicare Advantage plan.

Big News: Mountain Health Co-Op Leaving Wyoming in 2026

If you’re insured through Mountain Health Co-Op, take note—your coverage ends on December 31, 2025. The Co-Op is exiting the Wyoming market, citing high healthcare costs and operational challenges.
