Just closed on this property today in Branchdale, PA! The seller inherited the property and lives out of state, so they just wanted the property and the personal items inside GONE. We bought the property as-is with all of the personal items inside it, so the seller didn't have to worry about anything. We are going to have all of the personal items removed and do a deep cleaning and then re-sell the property. It is a semi-detached home and would make a great rental or starter home.
