The Bean is looking to hire a barista.
You will become a part of a team that is friendly, communicative and focused on building our shop. You will undergo a training program on how to operate the shop, provide great customer service, and talk about coffee. We will share our knowledge of coffee and espresso with you and guide you to increase your barista skills regardless of your skill level upon hire.
Applicants must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work opening and closing shifts. The ability to work some Saturdays is also required.
