To my WA clients: I want to post a quick reminder about the Foresters Care Grant, which provides up to $200 twice per year per policyholder. This is an emergency-style benefit that Foresters offers to its members at no cost, and the funds do not need to be repaid.

With the recent flooding in WA, this may be especially helpful for covering essentials like groceries, toiletries, or other immediate needs.

If you’ve already registered your policy on the MyForesters.com member portal, you can apply for the Care Grant directly online.
If you haven’t registered yet, feel free to call or email me — I can provide your policy number and help you get set up or call their Member Services at (800) 828-1540

Foresters also offers a Community Grant, of up to $1,500, which can be used to support a project that benefits your local community. These applications take a bit longer for approval (typically around 8 weeks), but they’re a great resource if you have a meaningful community idea.
