Kristina’s Story

Kristina (Wonchoba) Moradi (NMLSR #1185735) is a Mortgage Consultant with over seven years of experience in the mortgage financing field and is licensed both in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Kristina possesses a Master of Business Administration degree from a joint program with Towson University and the University of Baltimore.

While pursuing her M.B.A., Kristina began her career in the mortgage financing field as a Mortgage Loan Processor where she developed an integral understanding of the entire mortgage process from origination to closing. Within two years, Kristina moved into loan origination as a licensed Mortgage Consultant and serves the Towson, Phoenix and Reisterstown areas of Maryland.

Kristina is consistently recognized by her clients and peers for her valuable mortgage advice, professionalism, and excellent customer experience. Her personal goal is to provide as stress-free experience as possible by educating both clients and business partners about the home financing process.

Kristina currently resides in Baltimore, MD with her husband and energetic puppy. In her spare time, Kristina enjoys horseback riding and exploring many of Baltimore’s eclectic restaurants.
