A graduate of the University of Virginia, Andrew holds the Series 7, 66, and 31 licenses as well as Life, Health & Annuities Insurance Licenses. He holds the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor. Andrew is the Treasurer of Maryland Votes
for Animals, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to create and support humane legislation.
