A few minutes outside now can prevent a much larger problem in November. Walk your property once in daylight and check:

🔹Roof and gutters, clear and draining away from the foundation
🔹Exterior steps and railings, solid enough for holiday guests
🔹Tree limbs hanging over the roof, driveway, or power line
🔹Sump pump, tested with a bucket of water
🔹Outdoor spigots and irrigation, shut off ahead of the first freeze
