Mariana Fernandez: Allstate Insurance Insurance Agency When it comes to protecting the people and things that matter most, we believe insurance should be personal, not transactional.

That’s why we opened the doors to our current agency location in 2022—to create a welcoming, supportive space where families in the Baltimore area can feel truly seen, heard, and cared for.
We’ve proudly called this community home since 2014 for me and since 2009 for Hector, when we moved here from Venezuela. It’s where we met, where we welcomed our son, and where we bought our very first home. Some of the most meaningful chapters of our lives have been written right here, and that’s exactly why we’re passionate about giving back and helping others build their own sense of stability and belonging.
As the agent of record and key person for the agency, focused on marketing and communications, I’ve been working in insurance since 2014, helping countless families protect what matters most—from their cars and homes to their businesses and futures. But for us, it’s never just about selling a policy. It’s about helping customers, building trust, and empowering them to make informed decisions for the long term.
Our agency is proudly 100% bilingual in English and Spanish (Sí, hablamos español), which allows us to serve a diverse community with confidence and clarity. We also take pride in being a women-led team, driven by values like honesty, kindness, and dedication. Customers aren’t just numbers. They’re neighbors, friends, and fellow dreamers.
We’re actively involved in the community, supporting organizations like HOLA Baltimore, attending Latino cultural events hosted by Grupo Vive and the Embassy of Mexico, and staying closely connected to families in need. Whether it’s connecting someone with the right resources or simply offering a listening ear, we’re here to help however we can.
Outside of the office, we enjoy spending time as a family—exploring local gems around the DMV like Patterson Park or the beautiful blooms of Sherwood Gardens. Faith also plays a grounding role in our lives, and visiting a small chapel in Towson regularly helps us stay centered in both life and work.

Un día que no se celebra… se siente.

Un día que nos recuerda el sacrificio más grande de amor.
El momento en que Jesús entregó su vida por nosotros, sin condiciones, sin reservas.

Como latinos, llevamos la fe muy adentro.
La vivimos en familia, en silencio, en oración…
y también en los momentos difíciles, cuando seguimos adelante confiando en Dios.

Hoy es un día para detenernos.
Para reflexionar.
Para agradecer.

Porque aunque hoy recordamos el dolor…
