Faith is the substance of things HOPED for, and the evidence of the unseen. How can my faith be effective if I have no hope for anything.
Hope is the quintessential power that drives faith.
Faith itself is the action, the evidence that brings the unseen reality of our hope to life.
If you are struggling with your faith, what you are really struggling with is your Hope and potentially the places that your Hope exists.

Faith, as abstract as it is and the power of “positive thinking” has implications that are more than just soul saving. They are absolutely neurologically revolutionary.

As much I love Dr. Dispenza, I’d say Jesus was definitely trying to get us to realize that there is a better way to process life than through the lens of all the shared negative realities that we all face. Change your mind is one of the hardest things that you can do, but it can change your life if you decide to partner with it.

Faith is the catalyst. You just have to utilize it.

is both the ability to know when to reconcile and when to move on. I was commanded to forgive you. I was not commanded to continually give you access to a life that you decided to defame and abuse. It is perfectly acceptable to part ways with others in Grace and hope that the begin anew.
Lack of accountability is not excuse for you to continue being abused by those you have to consistently forgive. God gives us grace to forgive and to move on.

It’s a sacrament and a mystery for a reason. It’s the only construct in the Bible that shows what a relationship between Christ and the Church should look like.
