HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US

It was 1 year ago today when we left Farmers to open this independent agency and the scariest moment of my professional career. I vividly remember the day I walked into the office and told the girls I wanted to make the jump. Without hesitation, they said “Let’s do it! We’ve got your back”. As I reflect on our first year, I can’t help from getting emotional. We have done amazing things and have had the best time doing it. Our work environment is fun, and we genuinely care for each other and our insureds.

I created a sales contest last year with a chance to win a Vegas trip, and the girls absolutely crushed it. I could not be prouder of them or their success. Together, we have sold 1.5 million dollars of insurance premium in our first year. We have so many people to thank for trusting us with their hard-earned money and their insurance policies. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

We are ready for the good times and the continued successes this next year will bring. I am also happy to announce, we can finally quote and write customers we previously had with Farmers. Our one year non-solicit agreement is over today! We can’t wait to see you! We have missed you!

This is a huge milestone for us. When we left Farmers this year, we had no idea how long it would take to reach $1 million dollars in new business premium. We certainly didn’t think it would come this quick. In 9 months, we accomplished what once took us years to achieve. This award has my name on it, but I am a very small part of our success. In this agency, we are family who have the same goals and mindsets, working together to grow OUR agency by treating customers the way we would want them to treat us. I am excited about the upcoming year. In March, we will finally be able to write customers from our old Farmers book. There are so many ready to make the jump and we can’t wait to welcome them.
