We're Hiring! Receptionist/ Agency Assistant
Potts Insurance Agency is looking for a dependable, positive team member to be the first face and voice that our clients experience. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Do:
Greet clients with a smile and provide outstanding customer service
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist with scheduling appointments and administrative tasks
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Support our agents and office staff with day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and people skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Average+ computer skills
Insurance experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. Licensing will be required at the expense of the agency.

What We Offer:
Full-time position
Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)
