Upper cabinet in laundry room is done other than a few touch ups and the first of two mantles are installed

Had to redo it because it just want nearly good enough. I think it looks much better. Almost ready to grout it.

Just some pics showing some before and after pics of the house. Working extremely hard to finish this house.

The house is getting a fresh paint job on the outside and the hardwood should be down in a few days barring any setbacks which I don't foresee any.

We are on the home stretch of the rehab. It's taken much longer than had planned but I'm putting in the hardwood now , finishing kitchen backsplash and we are prepping to paint the outside now.
