We want to provide an update regarding the ongoing Online and Mobile Banking outage.

The outage is the result of a cooling equipment failure at our core processing provider’s data center. The provider has confirmed that this is not a data breach or cybersecurity incident, and there is no indication that member information has been compromised.

Their teams are working to restore services across all affected credit unions. Online and Mobile Banking will be restored after the core processing systems are fully operational. At this time, we do not have a confirmed restoration time, but we will continue to share updates as more information becomes available.

We understand how disruptive this extended outage has been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern it has caused. Thank you for your continued patience while our processing provider works to restore service.

If you receive a suspicious call:
• Do not provide any personal or account information.
• Hang up immediately.

Caller ID can be manipulated to make a call appear as though it is coming from us. When in doubt, hang up and contact us directly at 978.328.5100.
