We are celebrating a decade of serving members, businesses, and the greater Nashua community! To mark this special milestone, the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting on Thursday, September 10, at 10 AM at Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union’s Nashua branch, located at 102 Spit Brook Road.

Members of the community are invited to join the celebration and meet Jeanne D’Arc’s dedicated team, including the Business Banking team, which works closely with local businesses to provide financial solutions and support their continued growth. The ribbon cutting will also celebrate the relationships, partnerships, and community connections that have helped make the past 10 years a success.

Congratulations to our next winner - Casey Bettencourt, Special Education Teacher at Dr. Janice Adie Day School! She was nominated for dedication to an alternative curriculum that focuses on teaching everyday skills. For example, Casey teaches her class how to manage money for grocery shopping. She even became licensed to drive a school van to transport her students to a local Market Basket with lists and money in hand to provide a real-life experience.

Casey truly goes above and beyond. We’re glad to support another wonderful educator, and hopefully the $250 Amazon® gift card will help to stock her classroom with the supplies to make this school year amazing! 🍎

Back in June, we asked you to tell us about the teachers in your life who make a difference and deserve some recognition. Boy, did you deliver! We received hundreds of nominations, read through every heartfelt entry and selected 6 deserving winners.

First up is Moody School Kindergarten Special Education teacher, Mrs. C., who won a $100 Amazon gift card to help clear her classroom wish list. She was nominated by a colleague who said “Her impact goes far deeper than academic support. She models profound life-changing empathy. When 3 students were left stranded due to family circumstances she and her principal Roberta Keefe stepped in to take them into emergency foster care. She advocates for the future of all children.”

We’re proud to celebrate such a wonderful educator! We hope that this token of the community’s appreciation helps make the 2026-2027 school year better than the last.
