Here are the most important things to know about the pre-approval step:

➡️ You get a pre-approval letter. Real Estate Agents want to see a pre-approval letter before they show you houses.

➡️ You can share this with the home's seller when you put in an offer to solidify that you won't have a problem getting financed.

➡️ Pre-approvals don't last forever.
