Hello everyone! I just wanted to post a quick update on the mortgage side of real estate.

First, here at O'Keven Financial, we can still do credit scores down to 500 for FHA and VA and 581 for USDA. Nothing has really changed there. We can also do conventional loans down to 620. If you have a transaction that has fallen apart at another lender, give us a call and we will do our best to save it for you.

Second, if you have any buyers who have experienced employment changes, let the lender know ASAP. Please do not just hope that it "goes through" if you know they have been furloughed, laid off, or had their pay/hours cut. The earlier the lender knows, the better it can be handled without causing financial loss to the seller and everyone else involved.

We will do everything we can to guide your buyers successfully to the closing table during this hectic environment!
