This Veteran's Day we would like to thank all veterans who have served our country or are currently serving. A special thank you goes out to our founder, Art Anderson (pictured below).

If you're able, please visit the Arthur W. Anderson Peace Park near Loves Park City Hall. The park includes the Korean War Memorial (pictured below) and the Field of Honor (pictured below), which has five vertical monuments in recognition of those who served in the five wars of the 20th century: World War I, World War II, the Korean, Vietnam and Persian Gulf wars. There is also the American Gold Star Mothers monument (pictured below) for those who lost a son or daughter through military service.

We can offer a full time (37.5 hours) Customer Service Representative position at our highly respected, family owned and operated insurance agency in Loves Park, IL. As a Customer Service Representative in our agency, you will be expected to work enthusiastically and compassionately with customers day-in and day-out by phone and in person. Counseling clients, processing changes, taking payments and issuing new policies are a few of the roles you will play as a member of our team.

Preferred candidates would include previous Customer Service work in insurance, a Property & Casualty insurance license and a general understanding of insurance products. You will be working daily with our Applied Agency Management System, so experience with that program is a plus.

The Agency provides a competitive starting salary based on experience with an excellent opportunity for advancement. Health Insurance and 401K (matching) are available to our employees along with paid vacation and Holiday time.

Have you ever wondered what happened to our founders Christmas display? The Anderson family donated it to the City of Loves Park shortly after Art's passing in 2007. Art & Betty's Christmas display was extravagant to say the least. Pictured here is Santa's house and life size reindeer/sleigh which were displayed for over 40 years outside their home on Theodore Street. Go check it out at Loves Park City Hall. This Veterans Day weekend we are celebrating our founder (WWII vet Art Anderson) as another one of his visions comes to reality. Please visit the Field of Honor located at the Arthur W Anderson Peace Park next to Loves Park City Hall to check out the new Eternal Flame. This was envisioned in 1995 and through private donations and the help of the Rockford Park District, it is now a reality. We couldn't be more proud...thank a veteran this weekend.
