My wife and I just love Brooke Christopher. When we started looking for a house, we did not have an agent. The first house we went to look at was on the market through 8Z real estate. We loved the house and wanted to put in an offer. So the agent who showed us the house introduced us to Brooke who almost immediately got us approved for a loan, got us an approval letter, and we put an offer on the house. Even though we did not get the first house, we did get the second house we looked at. Brooke worked nonstop to get us this house, got all the paperwork done on time ,and sent to the title company. Without Brooke I don’t think we could’ve gotten this house as soon as we did. Brooke kept us informed about everything that was going on with paperwork, the loan, and every time the title company needed different or more paperwork she let us know immediately so we could get it. The closing went off without a hitch. GREAT JOB BROOKE, YOU’RE THE BEST!!! This was the easiest closing we have ever had.

Additionally, Brooke played a large part in my husband increasing his credit score 100 points!!!
