In conversations with clients, one topic comes up over and over again: staying independent later in life.
Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month is a good reminder that there are things within our control. Healthy habits, like staying active, managing blood pressure, eating well and continuing to challenge your mind, can support brain health over time, potentially increasing the probability of staying independent for longer.
