At UEC Holdings, employee ownership means having a stake in our company's success. We invest in each other and work together to grow, both individually and collectively.

Through an ESOP, employees can build ownership over time in two key ways:

1. Annual Share Allocations: Employees receive shares in their ESOP accounts each year based on the company's allocation formula.
2. Share Value Appreciation: As the company's value grows, the value of its shares may increase, helping increase the value of employees' ESOP accounts.

October is Employee Ownership Month, and we’re taking this month to celebrate what it means to be employee-owned, recognize the people who make it possible, and share what an ESOP truly means.

Being employee-owned is more than a title; it’s a major part of our identity. It means taking ownership of what we do, investing in ourselves and our coworkers, and working together toward a shared future.
