🏠 Market Update Monday

Did you know I have one carrier that may offer replacement cost coverage on roofs up to 35 years old?

During the quoting process, aerial imagery may be used to assess the roof's condition and determine whether it qualifies for replacement cost coverage.

Roof age isn't always the whole story — condition matters, too.

If you have an older roof, don't automatically assume you're limited to actual cash value coverage. There may be options available depending on the carrier and the condition of your roof.

Memorial Day is approaching, which means pools are opening up for the season ☀️🏊

A couple important insurance reminders if you have a pool:

1️⃣ If you recently added a pool to your property, make sure your insurance company is aware of it. Failing to notify your carrier could impact coverage.

2️⃣ Consider adding an umbrella policy for additional liability protection. Even with safety precautions in place, accidents can still happen.

Summer is a great time to review your coverage and make sure your policy still fits your situation.
