Let’s talk a minute about the wild observation I’ve made over the years…
When it comes to their health, many people find every excuse NOT to invest in it. They compare prices, go with the “knockoff”, wait for a sale, wait for the next payday, or question if it is really necessary 🤦🏼♀️
Then on the flip side, pull out their credit card for endless coffee runs, have the newest phones, multiple streaming subscriptions, and plenty of things they simply wanted.
BUT, when it comes to health, suddenly every dollar is questioned 🤷🏼♀️
Your health is one of the few investments that can actually pay you back EVERY day. Think about it - everything we do is impacted by the condition of our body and if it is not functioning well, everything else becomes harder. Work, activity, parenting, hobbies, marriage, serving, and so much more. On a deeper level, your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. Shouldn’t that cause you to want to steward it well and not cut corners?
Too many people only value their health after a crisis. That’s when it becomes a priority to try and undo problems that could have been addressed much earlier.
Friend, your body is not a car to drive until it breaks down. Like your car, it requires care to run properly and for a long time. Feeling worn out and exhausted are not
“normal”. 👈🏼 Read that again. It’s not normal.
They are warning signals asking you to pay attention. Think of them like your “check engine” light.
You can stop scrolling through all the endless new fads and trends that just create more confusion. Being proactive does NOT need to be complicated and you can start today.
Let me help you discover one simple solution. No fads. No gimmicks. No trends. No injections. No manipulating the body. No breaking the bank. No side effects (other than just plain feeling better).
