Contractors of all types and sizes rely on workers’ compensation to protect their employees in the instance of accident and injury. For the past 40 years, the Kentucky AGC Self Insurers’ Fund has provided stable workers’ compensation coverage to members.

Earlier this week and in partnership with Greater Louisville Inc.- The Metro Chamber of Commerce and the Louisville Forward, we held a ribbon-cutting to celebrate our new headquarters at the ShelbyHurst campus in Louisville. This is our first physical headquarters, which will bring our operations in-house for the first time.

“Since 1979, the Fund has grown remarkably. We continue to add members through trade association memberships every year, and with this beautiful new office and our 14 recent new job hires, we will be even better equipped to help protect contractors and their employees across Kentucky,” said Stephen Lewis, CEO of Kentucky Associated General Contractors Self Insurers’ Fund.

Important Updates from The Fund:

Since joining the Kentucky AGC Self Insurers’ Fund last year, we’ve been on a journey to evolve the structure and service of the Fund to better serve agents, policyholders, and members of our association partners.

We’ve made changes to our claims reporting channels to continue to improve the process for our members. Should you need to file a new claim, visit www.kyagcsif.com to learn more.

If you have an existing open claim that was filed prior to 10/12/22, there are no changes, and it will continue to be managed by the Fund. For any outstanding questions related to existing open claims, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your adjuster directly.

As a reminder, all Fund members have the option of obtaining renewal information electronically through the Fund's online portal!
To begin receiving opt-in email reminders about available renewal information, simply complete the following steps:
1. Log in to the website
2. Click on Reports
3. Click on Policy
4. Click on Member Electronic Opt Inc
5. Enter an email address
6. Click Submit
It's that easy! Once you have completed the opt-in process, you will begin to receive e-mails from the Fund as renewal information becomes available online.
