Today. May 5, 2025 Able Mortgage celebrates 20 years. We opened our doors on May 5, 2005. My brother, Drew and I are so blessed to have worked with this wonderful community to help make financial dreams come true.
We have met so many people. Realtors, title attorneys, paralegals, insurance agents, and of course our clients. Our friends have become clients and our clients have become our friends. We are so thankful for the opportunity God has given us to serve. Thank you to everyone who has had an impact on our business. We love our community.

So, today I had Appliance Professionals come to the house to repair my washing machine. Lamar showed up on time, had it diagnosed within 10 minutes, showed me the issue, and had it fixed within an hour and I was able to get back to Able Mortgage, LLC. 5 STARS!!!

Very interesting. We believe rates will continue to rise. However, this is still a great time to buy. Competition is getting out of the housing market. You purchase the house of your dreams with less competition and for less money now and refinance it when rates come down, competition heats up and prices go up. It's the best strategy.
