🚨Attention Realtors - Return to Business as Usual🚨

Your commission just got protected by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

Guidance just came out from both agencies that commissions would not be counted towards IPCs (Interested Party Contributions, ie SELLER CREDITS).

This is HUGE news, especially for buyers who do not have money set aside for a commission to have a path to homeownership.

"Buyer agent fees have historically been fees customarily paid by the property seller or property seller’s real estate agent, and, as such, they are currently excluded from these financing concession limits."

Time to get to work on this great news for clients!
