I am asked often “Aren’t you in real estate?” And the answer is yes, yes I am! 🏡
I am a mortgage broker which in short means I shop multiple lenders to find you the best loan program that fits you and your needs.

My job is to analyze your financial situation 💵and determine if you are ready to take next steps on the home buying process.

When working with me, there are a few things you should know:
1. My cell phone is always on. Whether it be text, phone call or even FaceTime. I am available to you. My office doesn’t close at 5 pm, you don’t have to wait until Monday to speak with me, and my customers best interest and financial privacy always come first.
2. You don’t pay me. Let me repeat that, YOU DON’T PAY ME. I am paid through my lenders, not by my borrowers. This helps eliminate extra costs at the closing table saving my borrowers hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.
3. Your realtor is my realtor. I strive to develop trusting relationships with real estate agents because as much as I work for you, I work for them too.
4. I am licensed in seven states: Florida, Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, Alabama, New Jersey, and Colorado
5. I have multiple lending options including but not limited to: VA, Conventional, FHA, USDA, cash offer financing, HELOCS, construction, down payment assistance, etc.

Fun facts about me:
* I am 32 years old, a mother of two wild middle schoolers, and wife of thirteen years to a Louisville fire fighter 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
* I own a zoo (or at least I feel like I do). Four snakes, two dogs, one grumpy cat, and an axolotl (he is the cutest)
* Born in Newnan, GA 🍑 and then relocated when I was a teenager to 🌴 PCB, FL. Kentucky 💙 is my home nowadays and I wouldn’t change it for the world.
* I train in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. Ya, I know, I’m crazy but it’s an addiction I just can’t shake 😜
* The majority of my closet is 🖤, I will eat just about anything covered in Buffalo sauce, and I live for a full bodied merlot 🍷.
