J R Machine & Tool J R Machine and tool is located in Louisville KY. J R Machine and Tool can take care of all of your blow mold, injection mold or termoforming mold needs.

We are a full service machine shop that can produce new blow molds or repair damaged molds and we have very short lead times. From minor dents, scrapes and scratches to building your own custom mold. We can produce single cavity molds or multi cavity molds. We have a micro laser welder that can pin point weld on a parting line that takes no more than a little bit of hand work to get it back to a s

harp corner. We also offer 3d printing of your part so you can look at your idea before you spend the money on a mold. We can also do the design work if you need us to just get us a sketch of what you are looking for and we can draw up your design.
