The Client Service Associate (CSA) will be disciplined in the onboarding of clients as they move through the planning process with the advisor. They will also be responsible for helping to maintain client relationships by providing a high level of customer service to enhance the overall client experience. The CSA will be solutions-oriented throughout their interactions internally and externally, and able to thrive/adapt/maintain order in a fast-paced environment.
