🍎When purchasing a new home there are many factors that buyers consider when deciding on what area they want to live in. School systems are one of the BIGGEST considerations with those who have children or plan to have kids in the near future. Check out the graphics I have put together on this post.
🏫The first being where the counties surrounding the Louisville area rank in the state. These counties fall in the top 100 in the Kentucky!
🚌The next image is specifically Jefferson County schools and where they rank in the state. While JCPS may be ranked #97 as a whole, there are some amazing schools within the county that buyers can figure out which area of the county they need to move into to get into one of those School’s clusters!
