OPPORTUNITY 👀🤷‍♂️. Team Leader in training.

We are looking for a licensed medicare agent to work leads and some preset phone appointments. This is in a telesales environment. After AEP this role will help train and supervise additional callers, as well as some support staff.

This role is primarily performance based, but we have room to be creative on comp for an agent that can convert, follows the compliance rules, and is not scared of the phone.

This position primarily calls inquiries that have come in from online, direct mail, and social media marketing to help folks navigate the crazy world of Medicare.
