This is Allison. I fell on Saturday and hurt my neck. Had spinal fusion of 2 discs on Sunday morning. I am out of the hospital now but have a long recovery ahead. I’m in a C collar which means I cannot drive. I hope to begin doing some work next week, but it will be very limited. I have a lot of PT coming up. Chaz and Madeline are doing their best.

Please be patient with them. They’re overwhelmed and concerned about me as well. If you need help with your plan, please call customer service at the number on your card. It may take them 2-4 days to get back with you. They are doing their best to keep up.

If you leave a message, please only leave one. They will call you. We know it is getting near the end of the month, so calls are prioritized based on need. I apologize for this. We always want to provide the best service, but at this time we are struggling. Please be patient while I focus on recovering.

If you want to look at your drug plan before Dec 7th, please call 1-800-Medicare. No agent is getting commission on drug plans. We are a 3 person team and Allison is in the hospital right now. Chaz and Madeline are doing their best. Please be patient with them. We do want to help, but are very short handed.

Allison will be fine hopefully soon. Thank you for your support and patience. If you have something that doesn’t need attention by 12/7, please call us after Dec 7th.

Social Security beneficiaries will get a 2.8 percent increase in their monthly payments next year, the Social Security Administration (SSA) announced on Oct. 24.

The 2026 cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) is slightly higher than last year’s 2.5 percent increase, reflecting a recent uptick in inflation.

We still don't know the Part B premium or deductible. That will follow shortly. Remember, when the government givith, the government taketh away. 😢

We just found out that the Humana will not pay commissions on drug plans after November 8th. We will only have 1 company to offer at that point and the premiums are very high. If you want a review of your drug plan. We need your list of medications and scope of sales appointment form ASAP. Go our website at www.imagineinsadv.com/contact and fill out the Part D drug plan form and the scope of sales appointment form. If you get us the information by Nov 5th, we will guarantee a review.

Breaking news. As of Nov 8th, Humana will not pay commissions on drug plans. That leaves all agents with only one company to get paid on. Those premiums are high. Not a good choice for most. If you want our help, you better request a review asap. Go to our website at www.imagineinsadv.com/contact and fill out our online forms. If we get your forms by 11/5 we will guarantee a review.
