I was having a conversation with a construction prospect today.

I asked him what his relationship with his current broker looked like. He said, “Oh, we like him, no complaints!”

I then said, “Wow that’s awesome, that’s the exact relationship I want to have with my clients. He must do a good job with his quarterly reviews and pre-renewal marketing meetings.”

They gave me a blank stare, and said, “Oh no, we only see him at renewal. We’ve been with the same carrier for 5 years, what’s a marketing review?” 🤨

This contractor has no idea what they’re missing. 🤯

Is your agent conducting quarterly or, at the very least, bi-annual reviews with you? If not, that's a disservice you can't afford!

Imagine this nightmare: your agent submits a generic payroll, but it gets audited differently at year-end. Guess who's responsible for the difference? You are!
