Big things are happening at 3202 N. First St. in Abilene.

Laundry Luv is expanding from 6,240 square feet to 14,405 square feet, more than doubling its footprint and creating additional room for customers, families, community programming, operational support, and future complementary services.

For Only Epic Holdings, this expansion is a great example of what active ownership and strong tenant relationships can make possible.

We’re proud to support Laundry Luv as they continue to grow, invest in the Abilene community, and create a space designed to serve far more than just laundry needs.

Construction is ramping up, with a grand reopening targeted for mid-November.

One year ago, Only Epic Holdings acquired 1900 N. Amidon Avenue in Wichita, Kansas. Since then, the property has undergone significant renovations and improvements designed to create a better environment for the healthcare providers, patients, and businesses who use the building every day.

For us, ownership does not stop at closing. It means remaining involved, listening to tenants, investing in the property, and continually looking for ways to improve both the building and the community around it.

One of the most rewarding parts of that work is hearing directly from our tenants: “I so appreciate you and all that you and your team does for us. We are so thankful and proud to be there. Patients compliment the view all the time and the reps and people coming in and out say we have the best view out of all the clinics.”

As we mark one year at 1900 N. Amidon, we’re proud of the progress made and look forward to continuing to invest in the property and the Wichita community.
