Last week, members of the Mercer Wealth Management team joined colleagues from across Sanctuary Wealth at Oasis, its annual national conference.

This year’s theme, “What’s Next,” challenged us to think about the forces shaping the future of our industry—and how we can continue evolving to better serve our clients. Sessions explored everything from AI and emerging technology to the space economy, changing markets, and a broader approach to client advice that considers health, wellness, and aging.

We were especially proud to see two members of our own team take the stage. AVP and Senior Client Services Associate Wendy Staudenheimer joined a panel on the strategic influence of client operations, while Todd Mercer shared a powerful story of perseverance and resilience during Sanctuary Voices.

We also heard perspectives from former CIA Director and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and closed out the conference with an engaging market update from Mary Ann Bartels.

A few days filled with new ideas, meaningful conversations, and plenty to bring home as we continue thinking about what’s next—for our firm, our industry, and the families we serve.

Members of the Mercer Wealth Management team are in attendance this week at Sanctuary Wealth’s national conference, Oasis!

Lexie Head, Rachel Bratcher, and Wendy Staudenheimer kicked off the week at the EmpowerHer Women’s Forum, connecting with fellow advisors, operations professionals, and members of the Sanctuary team. The forum began with a sunset dinner cruise Sunday evening, followed by Monday’s sessions focused on women’s nutrition and wellness, leadership, and a macroeconomic and market panel.

We’re grateful for opportunities like these to learn from others across our industry, strengthen relationships, and bring new ideas and perspectives back to our team and clients.
